Naveen Nagpur is a 692-hectare greenfield township being developed by the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) as a planned International Business and Finance Centre (IBFC). Strategically located in central India, it is positioned to become a world-class destination for financial services, IT, and manufacturing enterprises.

Infrastructure at Naveen Nagpur IBFC
The Naveen Nagpur IBFC has been planned with integrated infrastructure to support immediate business establishment. The following facilities are available to allottees from the date of possession.
Underground Utility Tunnel
Underground utility tunnels of 3.5m by 2.5m run beneath all internal roads of the township, carrying power, telecom, water, and gas lines. Road surfaces are not disturbed for utility maintenance or upgradation.

The master plan has been prepared to conform with IGBC Green Township standards. A minimum of 25 percent green cover is mandatory across the township, with rainwater harvesting, solar-ready infrastructure, and zero liquid discharge systems at the precinct level.

Investors and businesses proposing to establish operations in the Naveen Nagpur IBFC are required to register on this portal to apply for the necessary approvals and licences. More than 200 applicants have registered since the portal's launch.
Registration is free of charge. Fees are payable only as per published government schedules. This is an NMRDA initiative under the Government of Maharashtra.
