About Naveen Nagpur
India's Next-Generation International Business & Finance Centre
Naveen Nagpur is a 692-hectare greenfield township being developed by the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) as a planned International Business and Finance Centre (IBFC). Strategically located in central India, it is positioned to become a world-class destination for financial services, IT, and manufacturing enterprises.
The township is designed as an eco-smart city with underground utility infrastructure, 25% mandatory green cover, dedicated power supply, and multi-modal transport connectivity — including Nagpur Metro Line 2, Samruddhi Mahamarg Expressway, and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport.

Underground utility tunnels of 3.5m by 2.5m run beneath all internal roads of the township, carrying power, telecom, water, and gas lines. Road surfaces are not disturbed for utility maintenance or upgradation.

Register on the NMRDA Single Window Clearance System
Investors and businesses proposing to establish operations in the Naveen Nagpur IBFC are required to register on this portal to apply for the necessary approvals and licences. More than 200 applicants have registered since the portal's launch.
Registration is free of charge. Fees are payable only as per published government schedules. This is an NMRDA initiative under the Government of Maharashtra.
